QUICKSTART MODULE: INTENTION AND BUSINESS SUCCESS
Our QuickStart module―Intention and Business Success―is your first step of training to become a Global Leader. The program addresses empowerment, personal responsibility, and your relationship to yourself and others. The program helps to develop human potential, improve employee engagement and innovation, and increase customer loyalty.
Currently, we are developing more learning modules: The Genius Mind at Work; Dynamic Flow in the Workplace; and Leading through Goodwill Interactions. These modules are scheduled for release in 2025 and beyond.
We are working on a distribution partnership with a world-leading adult learning platform that will allow our programs to be delivered globally through online, mobile, and classroom experiences. We plan to create a Virtual Facilitator, as well as mobile apps, to enhance your learning experience.
INTENTION AND BUSINESS SUCCESS
Participants learn how to discover and clarify intentions, use intention in the workplace, and align purposeful intention with organizational vision and mission.
DYNAMIC FLOW IN THE WORKPLACE
Participants learn how to create a balanced exchange, identify contrasts in interactions, and achieve flow toward the strategic direction of the organization.
