Updated: Jan 7, 2022

We are excited to announce that we now offer our breakthrough card deck, Presence: Bite-sized wisdom for Global Leaders, in a larger, rectangle format: 3.5" x 5.5." In this new size, the peacock graphics, 22 languages, and other elements remain much the same. But we have enlarged the text to make it even easier to read.

The new size, shown below, still is easy to carry in a purse, tote, or carryall. The concepts on the back of each card encapsulate our 10 principles of global leadership. So when you use the cards, you automatically are practicing our principles. By practicing the principles, you naturally practice global leadership and Goodwill in Every Interaction.

Easy Ways to Use the Cards to Develop as a Global Leader

There are many fun and easy ways you can use the Presence cards to practice Global Leadership and Goodwill in Every Interaction. Here are a few suggestions:

Focus for the day: Before you begin your day, select a card from your deck. The word on the card is your focus for the day. Carry the card with you. As you engage with others, refer to the card and look for ways to apply the concept. How can you improve your interactions and offer more effective leadership?

Focus at night: Before you go to bed, select a card from your deck. This word is your meditation as you relax at the end of your day. When you go to sleep, your subconscious will work with your chosen word and help devise creative ways to apply the concept in your life.

Application in the moment: Before a specific event, meeting, important interaction, or the start of a new project, select a card from your deck. This card represents your intention or theme that you can practice throughout the occasion.

As you become more familiar with the cards, feel free to create a style of use that works best for you. The more fun you have with the cards, the more effective they can become in your life.

Global Leadership Results in Transformation and Improved Outcomes

The cards inspire you to act with wisdom. Operating from wisdom, you become a Global Leader. Global Leaders synchronize the intelligences of their right brain and left brain. They realize our interrelatedness and interdependence. They transform reality.

Global Leaders operate holistically. They harmonize with their environments to achieve flow within complex realities. Global Leaders naturally practice Goodwill in Every Interaction.

Goodwill is a mindset of abundance and excellence that empowers us toward a new model of leadership. Goodwill maximizes the gifts of all people. Goodwill allows everyone to be a leader, marshaling all aspects of our being: mind, emotions, body, and values and beliefs.
